Is it the noise?

My house is in renovations, the noise is crazy for me.
It amps up all the bad things.
I don't like being like this, I'm rude to everyone around and just want to be left alone.

    You really don't appreciate silence until you get exposed to constant loud noise. Then again, silence can be depressing too (see previous posts) so there has to be a sweet spot somewhere in the middle. I hope you find it soon, for the sake of your sanity! And if people around you aren't understand then that's just as rude.

    My mom is understandable but it hurts her.
    I'm mainly in my music world of whatever I like.
